1. Here’s how it works:

a) Spread the word: Tell businesses about BSG Utilities and how we can help them find competitive energy supply contracts through our expert broker services.
b) Ensure they mention you: When they contact us via the form, they must state your name and your organisation’s name as the referrer. This is essential for you to receive your reward. Referrals must be made prior to the referred business’s initial contact with BSG Utilities.
c) They sign up: The referred business signs a Letter of Authority (LOA) and an energy supply contract through our broker services.
You get rewarded!

2. Rewards:

a) £50 Amazon voucher for every referred business that signs an energy supply contract with BSG Utilities.
b) Bonus £100 Amazon voucher when you refer 5 businesses, and they all sign energy supply contracts and a Letter of Authority through our brokering services.
c) This is an uncapped incentive! The more businesses you refer, the more you earn.
d) All rewards are issued at the sole discretion of BSG Utilities and do not constitute commission.

3. Terms & Conditions:

a) The referred businesses must be based in the England, Scotland or Wales.
b) The referred business must be a new customer to BSG Utilities.
c) To be eligible for the reward, the referred business must mention your name and your organisation’s name during their initial enquiry.
d) The referred business must sign a Letter of Authority and an energy supply contract through BSG Utilities Limited brokering services.
e) The referral program will not be applicable to renewals.
f) The referred business must agree to a minimum of 12 months service agreement.
g) BSG Utilities will aim to issue all Amazon vouchers within 30 working days of the referred business’s energy supply contract successfully going live and remaining active, in good standing, and not subject to cancellation, termination, or non-payment.
h) The timing of the contract commencement may depend on the referred business’s existing supplier arrangements, which may impact when any reward is issued. This will be issued via email voucher.
i) Renewals that occur after initial contract that results in the referral will not be rewarded in-line with the scheme.

4. Fraud Prevention:

a) BSG Utilities Limited reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activity related to this referral program.
b) This includes, but is not limited to, self-referrals, creating fake accounts, providing false information, or any other attempt to manipulate the referral process.
c) Any rewards earned through fraudulent activity will be void, and BSG Utilities Limited may, at its discretion, terminate the accounts of those involved and pursue legal action if necessary.
d) This includes referrals involving connected parties, common ownership businesses, or referrals made in the course of a business or commercial activity without prior agreement.

5. Data Privacy:

a) BSG Utilities Limited is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants in the referral program.
b) We will collect and process personal data (such as names, email addresses, and company names) of referrers and referred businesses in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
c) This data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the referral program, verifying referrals, and issuing rewards.
d) We will not share this information with any third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Program Launch:

a) BSG Utilities retains full discretion to launch, pause, or relaunch this referral program at any time.
b) The initiation or reactivation of the scheme may occur without prior notice and will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels. Participation is only valid during periods when the program is officially active.

7. Termination of the Program:

a) This referral program will automatically terminate on 31st December 2026. BSG Utilities reserves the right to make amendments to the program prior to this date, with or without notice.
b) Any updates will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels.
c) All pending rewards will be honoured for eligible referrals made on or before 31st December 2026, subject to the terms and conditions of the program.
d) Nothing in this referral program creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or commission-based relationship between the referrer and BSG Utilities Limited.
e) Referrers have no authority to bind BSG Utilities Limited or make representations on its behalf.

8. Tax Treatment:
The referrer is solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable tax arising from rewards received under this program.

9. Governing Law:
This referral program and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
